What You'll Do

Health & Safety

  • Develop, implement, and improve the Group's OHS prevention program
  • Support managers in implementing best safety practices
  • Conduct inspections, risk analyses, and accident investigations
  • Coordinate the OHS committees of the various companies
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (CNESST, LSST, etc.)

Well-being & culture

  • Deploy initiatives that promote mental health and overall well-being
  • Promote a caring, inclusive, and safe culture
  • Develop awareness and training campaigns
  • Be an agent of positive and mobilizing change

Strategy & Indicators

  • Monitor OHS and well-being performance indicators
  • Propose concrete actions to reduce risks and improve working conditions
  • Collaborate closely with HR, operations, and management teams

Your Ideal Profile

  • Training in health and safety, the environment, HR, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Quebec's OHS legal framework
  • Motivating leadership and hands-on approach
  • Organizational skills, rigor, and team spirit
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
