What You'll Do
Health & Safety
- Develop, implement, and improve the Group's OHS prevention program
- Support managers in implementing best safety practices
- Conduct inspections, risk analyses, and accident investigations
- Coordinate the OHS committees of the various companies
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (CNESST, LSST, etc.)
Well-being & culture
- Deploy initiatives that promote mental health and overall well-being
- Promote a caring, inclusive, and safe culture
- Develop awareness and training campaigns
- Be an agent of positive and mobilizing change
Strategy & Indicators
- Monitor OHS and well-being performance indicators
- Propose concrete actions to reduce risks and improve working conditions
- Collaborate closely with HR, operations, and management teams
Your Ideal Profile
- Training in health and safety, the environment, HR, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Quebec's OHS legal framework
- Motivating leadership and hands-on approach
- Organizational skills, rigor, and team spirit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
