Join Marsh McLennan Agency as an Associate Safety Consultant, providing essential risk consulting services in a hybrid work environment. Help clients optimize safety practices, ensure compliance, and deliver impactful training.

In this role on the Employer Services team, you'll deliver quality safety consulting to diverse clients. Your responsibilities will include developing training programs, creating written safety policies, and documenting compliance efforts. You'll help clients adhere to regulations set by MSHA, OSHA, and DOT, directly impacting their operational safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide employee safety training to improve practices
• Develop and implement written safety policies
• Document compliance activities in agency management systems
• Ensure clients meet MSHA, OSHA, and DOT standards
• Strengthen client relationships through effective communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Actively pursuing safety certifications: ARM, CRM, OHST, CHST or CET.
