Community Safety Executive Director

This role requires strategic and operational leadership for community safety initiatives. You'll shape the organization's vision, mentor a high-performing team, and enhance the public profile of safety programs. Building relationships with stakeholders and guiding multidisciplinary efforts are crucial to advance community well-being.

Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience • At least 5 years in a senior management role • Proven strategy execution and program management skills • Exceptional relationship-building and advocacy skills • Ability to communicate in English and French is an asset
