Are you an organized and proactive safety professional with a background in the trucking industry? Quest Disposal & Recycling Inc. is looking for an **HSE Coordinator** to join our team. This position is based in Vegreville, Alberta, with some travel to Lac La Biche. If you’re passionate about safety, compliance, and creating a culture of excellence, we want to hear from you

• *Key Responsibilities**:
• **Training & Documentation**: Organize and maintain all training records, deliver onboarding sessions, and ensure compliance with training requirements.
• **Incident Management**: Investigate incidents, administer corrective actions, and document findings thoroughly.
• **Safety Meetings**: Plan and run bi-weekly safety meetings in Vegreville and Lac La Biche.
• **Staff Communication**: Be available as a resource for staff to discuss safety concerns and provide guidance.
• **Compliance Oversight**:
• Monitor digital logs daily to address any violations.
• Ensure compliance with PIC carrier requirements and manage quarterly reporting.
• Maintain records and data for ISNet, ComplyWorks, Avetta, and other client platforms.
• Monitor and report work hours, safety statistics, and TRIF scores.
• **WCB Management**: Ensure compliance with Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) regulations and manage related claims and reporting.
• **Proactive Safety Culture**: Promote a proactive approach to safety, ensuring our team operates in a safe and compliant environment.
• *Qualifications**:
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety platforms like ISNet, ComplyWorks, and Avetta.
• Familiarity with WCB processes and compliance.
• Ability to understand and monitor TRIF scores and their importance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• *Compensation**:
• Competitive salary: $75,000-$95,000 per year (commensurate with experience).

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
