Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated person to and detail-oriented Development Technician to support our. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating events, managing databases, and assisting with strategic planning initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to grow professionally within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a lead consultant in development of standard operating procedures, OSHA and DOT documentation, maintenance and development of training programs
• Manage and update databases of operations and safety programs.
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and other digital tools to engage stakeholders
• Support grant proposal writing efforts by researching funding opportunities and preparing compelling proposals
• Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategic planning decisions
• Collaborate with team members on

Experience

• Competent in MS office and cloud based file management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and knowledge of Occupational Health requirements
• Expertise in Workplace Safety and implementing safety protocols
• Strong Communication skills for effectively collaborating with teams and delivering safety training
• Ability to analyze and mitigate risks, and experience in incident investigation and reporting
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards is essential
• Certifications in health and safety-related disciplines are advantageous
• Experience in related technical or industrial roles is a plus
