Job Summary

The VP of Corporate Safety will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive health and safety management system across North America. The role requires an innovative leader to build and implement strategies that improve workplace safety metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop plans and budget proposals for corporate-wide OH&S programs
• Lead compliance reviews and audits to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Liaise with national associations and societies in occupational health and safety
• Create a positive work environment through clear objectives, performance expectations, training needs assessments, team spirit building etc.
