The Director of Patient Safety and Risk Management oversees patient safety initiatives for Temple University Health System.

• Develops education plans for staff and physicians on patient safety and risk management.
• Coordinates activities and education of risk management specialists including RCA process corrective action plans audits serious safety events at TUHS.
