**Job Overview**
- *Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for employees to enhance awareness and compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to create and enforce safety policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, inspections, incidents, and compliance reports.
- Facilitate safety meetings and provide ongoing education to staff on best practices for workplace safety.
- Fabricate necessary tools or equipment that may enhance safety measures within the workplace.
- *Skills**
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey safety information to diverse audiences. This is very important to our team in order to foster good working relationships with all Employees.
- Ability to develop engaging training materials that resonate with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation.
- Experience in fabrication techniques is a plus, allowing for innovative solutions to enhance workplace safety.

Pay: $38.00-$47.50 per hour
