A company is looking for a SME (Public Safety / RMS SME).

Key Responsibilities

Lead business process analysis for public safety departments focusing on law enforcement operations and compliance

Analyze current-state RMS functionality and create actionable technical documentation based on authority-based requirements

Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop system requirements, test scenarios, and implementation strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or SME supporting law enforcement or public safety IT systems

Deep knowledge of law enforcement Records Management Systems (RMS) and best practices

Strong understanding of authority language and police administrative processes

Experience with government agencies or large-scale RMS / CAD implementations is highly preferred
