Ncso (National Construction Safety Officer)

**Overview**

• *Responsibilities**
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safe work practices and emergency procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
• *Requirements**:
• Proven experience in a safety officer role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Relevant accreditation as a NCSO

Pay: Up to $28.50 per hour
