As a Safety Director at Wyoming Staffing, you will promote a proactive safety culture through engagement, communication and consistent expectations. You will ensure company-wide compliance with FMCSA, DOT, OSHA and state regulations across all terminals.

You will develop implement and maintain standardized safety policies procedures. Oversee driver qualification files MVR monitoring drug & alcohol program HOS ELD compliance Lead accident injury equipment-damage investigations manage root-cause analysis Coordinate insurance claims incident reporting communicate adjusters law enforcement Manage safety training programs including driver onboarding annual training specialized instruction Conduct regular terminal audits implement corrective actions Direct support evaluate personnel perform various tasks Ensure execute same standards rules at any location requested for work performance from home or anywhere using internet.
