Environmental Health & Safety Manager

He or she should have a proven track record of developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with governing laws and regulations. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with governing laws and regulations.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers.

Ensure that all safety and health regulations are met.

Anticipate potential risks and be proactive in dealing with them.

Monitor any safety or health issues that arise and take appropriate corrective action.

Train employees on safety and health protocols.

Investigate accidents and other incidents to determine root cause and develop corrective actions.

Develop and implement safety and health programs and initiatives.

Provide regular reporting to management on safety and health performance.

Stay up-to-date on regulatory standards and best practices.
