Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of OSHA compliance, workers' compensation, and safety policies.
- Partner with GCs and subcontractors across multiple sites to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate company-wide Safety Programs; increase safety awareness at the project level.
- Conduct job hazard assessments, generate reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all staff receive required safety training and certifications.
- Maintain and update safety policies, handbooks, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with field foremen and managers to enforce safety protocol

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of safety management experience (open to strong junior candidates ready for a lead role).
- Background in General Contractor or Subcontractor environments; drywall oversight experience is a plus.
- Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) certification required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to speak Spanish highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple sites and team
