Health & Safety Advisor – HR/OSH Lead (Canada/USA Travel)

A leading horticultural company is looking for a Health and Safety Advisor based in Alberta.

In this role, you will develop and manage safety systems, support site leaders in safety-related aspects, and deliver training to ensure health and safety standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma in HR or a degree in Occupational Health and Safety, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to engage effectively with teams.

Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset, along with a willingness to travel up to 40% to worksites across Western Canada and the USA.
