The Safety Director will promote Structural Group's 24/7 Safety Culture by providing technical expertise to operational teams, supporting project planning processes, building relationships with leaders, and managing injury cases.

• Demonstrate that safety leadership drives performance through attitudes and behaviors.
• Lead training sessions on safety requirements and regulations.
• Conduct safety assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Analyze incident reviews while working with project personnel to implement corrective actions.

The candidate should have certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), over 15 years of experience in construction management, specific knowledge of OSHA, MSHA,and federal,state,&¢ local standards,nas well asthe abilityto workfor self-performing contractorsand dealwithuniontrades.Dailytravelisrequired
