Health and Safety Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Health and Safety.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the design, delivery, and implementation of compliance management systems adhering to regulations

Lead a team of Health & Safety Specialists through ongoing training and follow-up

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, addressing gaps with sustainable solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree required

7-9 years of progressive health and safety compliance experience required

Safety Certification(s) preferred

Experience in OSHA Federal & State regulations, incident management, and risk identification

Deep knowledge of State / Federal regulations, OSHA definitions, and environmental regulatory knowledge is a plus
