This role emphasizes creating a secure work atmosphere for customers and staff. As a key player, you will conduct daily patrols, validate store security measures, and investigate shrink incidents. Communication will be key as you interact with various sources and clarify issues concerning financial and physical loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily patrols of the facility
• Make necessary external arrests
• Investigate incidents of financial and physical shrink
• Support store evacuation procedures during emergencies
• Participate in store task team responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Valid Security Guard License required
• Ability to communicate effectively and clarify issues
• Collaborative mentality with diverse stakeholders
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
