As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing a culture of care that aligns with Clark's stringent Safety and Health Policy as well as all relevant local, state, and federal safety regulations. You will lead safety education efforts in collaboration with project supervisors to develop comprehensive safe work plans tailored to the specific needs of each task and stage.

This individual will also coordinate with field supervision to integrate safety measures into project construction planning, educate jobsite personnel including subcontractors on emerging safety trends, and facilitate third-party safety reviews including OSHA inspections. Beyond these responsibilities, the Safety Manager contributes to the recruitment of top industry talent and supports corporate safety initiatives, fostering a strong safety vision that permeates the entire project team.
This position requires an energetic, agile professional who balances short-term objectives with long-term safety goals through a data-driven approach.
