We’re seeking an EH&S Manager to support solar construction projects across a regional footprint, driving safety, health, and environmental performance from preconstruction through execution. This role serves as a key partner to operations and field teams, helping prevent incidents and strengthen a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. It’s a great fit for a proven safety leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and is comfortable working across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional safety, health, and environmental reviews, audits, and reporting across active solar construction projects
  • Partner with project teams and trade contractors to implement and maintain safety programs and compliance standards
  • Conduct site audits, incident investigations, and trend analysis to identify risks and drive corrective actions
  • Provide guidance on regulatory requirements including OSHA, DOT, EPA, and ANSI standards
  • Mentor and support site safety personnel while coordinating training and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of EH&S leadership experience in construction environments
  • Strong background in solar construction or similar large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
  • CSP certification required; CHST or higher required
  • Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards (1926)
  • Experience leading audits, investigations, and regional safety programs
  • Familiarity with Procore and safety management systems such as Intelex preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus
