Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Safety Director located in Warren, NJ.

The Site Safety Director will be responsible for overseeing workplace safety and compliance, executing effective Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, conducting accident investigations, and implementing safety training practices.

The role also involves ensuring adherence to construction safety protocols and collaborating with teams to maintain a safe and healthy work environment on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management and Occupational Health practices
• Proficiency in Accident Investigation and root cause analysis
• Ability to design and conduct comprehensive safety training programs
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to assess risk and implement preventative measures
• Certifications such as OSHA, CHST, or CSP are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
