HSE Manager

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• ADIS/PDIS, AICTE approved.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Minimum 15 years of experience in safety management.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-risk environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and safety management software/tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, Factory Act, IS codes).
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the workplace.
• Identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Organize and conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.
• Maintain records of safety-related incidents, audits, and inspections.
• Coordinate with external agencies for safety certifications and audits.
• Promote a strong safety culture through ongoing engagement and communication.
• Supervise a team of safety officers and ensure consistent safety implementation across departments.
• Monitor use and condition of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and work permits.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure their compliance with site safety standards.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
