Onsite Safety Coordinator

**QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE/PERFORM**

• Deliver company safety orientation and conduct pre-site access information
• Organize and deliver site specific safety training and information
• Organize and process FLHA's, BBO's, Inspections, and participate in incident investigations
• Compile site safety statistics and reports
• record meeting minutes and prepare presentations
• perform admin duties for safety related activities
• assist with creation of SSSPs
• Develop and lead tool box and shift safety meetings
• Promote, execute and adhere to the companies safety program and encourage all employees and subcontractors to adopt Iconic safety culture
• Other various safety related duties
• Maintain organized records
• Ability to work in a office setting (not a remote position)
• Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency
• Proficient communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• *ONSITE HSE Coordinator Qualifications**
• **NCSO or HSE Administration designation equivalent training and experience**:
• **Minimum two (2) years working as an HSE Coordinator on construction sites**:
• **Exceptional Communication Skills**:
• **High attention detail in relation to safety systems and best practices**
