You'll be responsible for supervising package sorting and processing while managing shipping and inventory operations. This role involves conducting safety audits, responding to emergencies, and ensuring a hazard-free work area. Mentor associates, assess performance, and coach new hires to deliver exceptional service and quality control in logistics.
