JADA Solutions (HSE) Inc. is a growing industrial hygiene and safety consulting firm supporting clients across construction, oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, and commercial sectors. Our team is known for practical, field-driven solutions and strong client relationships.
We are looking for a Health & Safety Specialist who wants to work on technically interesting projects, build trusted client relationships, and grow into senior technical or leadership roles.
What You’ll Do
· Conduct industrial hygiene assessments across diverse worksites
· Perform exposure monitoring for chemical, physical, and biological hazards
· Interpret sampling data and develop practical control strategies
· Prepare clear, defensible technical reports
· Communicate findings and recommendations to clients
· Support or lead projects, depending on experience
· Mentor junior staff (intermediate/senior roles)
· Conduct safety training sessions for clients and internal staff
· Perform safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance
· Develop and implement safety programs tailored to client needs
· Assist in the development of Codes of Practice and technical standards
What You Bring
· Diploma or degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related field
· 1-8 years of industrial hygiene or safety consulting experience
· Strong technical writing and communication skills
· Ability to work independently in field environments
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a strong sense of urgency
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Alberta
Preferred (Not Required)
· ROH, ROHT, CIH, CRSP, CRST, or working toward certification
· Consulting experience
· Experience in construction, oil & gas, utilities, or heavy industry
· Experience mentoring other staff
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
