Environmental, Health and Safety Manager - Corporate Level

Job Juncture is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager for their Joliet, IL location. The role requires chemical manufacturing experience and a Bachelor’s degree. The manager will oversee EHS compliance across five US sites, with 20-25% travel. Responsibilities include conducting audits, managing environmental permits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, stand-alone position reporting to the VP of Operations.

Must have chemical manufacturing experience including PSM (process safety management) and a Bachelor degree required.

Seeking an EHS Manager to lead all compliance for (5) US sites totaling (110) employees with travel 20-25%. Position reports to the VP of Operations and this is a stand-alone EHS position. Works closely with the plants to drive all EHS and regulatory needs at the plant levels (safety committees at each plant).

Technical Requirements: must be well blended in process safety, safety and environmental/regulatory compliance. Conduct and lead MESH (management of environmental, safety and health) assessments, PSM/RMP audits, PHA revalidation audits and other related EHS audits. Complete timely and accurate EPA, OSHA, FRA, DOT compliance reports. Environmental: manage Title V air permits, NPDES permits and DOT related permits. Lead waste minimization and emissions reduction programs. Understanding of ISO requirements
