Project Safety Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Safety Manager position in the Greater Chicago Area. The Project Safety Manager will develop, implement, and oversee safety programs and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting safety training sessions, performing accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with project teams to foster a safe working environment and mitigate risks across various construction projects.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of commercial construction experience with a preference for Data Centers
• Skills in Safety Training and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
• Proficiency in Accident Investigation and safety compliance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA, CHST, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field is a plus, but will also consider experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
