This Safety Manager role emphasizes leadership in a high-paced 24/7 operation, focusing on ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fostering a proactive safety culture. You will conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and lead training initiatives, working in collaboration with various teams to drive continuous improvement in safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily production and leadership safety meetings
• Oversee incident management and safety reporting
• Implement and improve safety programs across the plant
• Lead safety training and drive employee engagement
• Conduct safety inspections and audits on-site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or safety discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in safety leadership
• CSP, ASP, or equivalent preferred
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
