Position: HSE Safety Advisor for Oil and Gas Shutdown Operations

This position supports health and safety efforts under the General Manager's guidance. You will coach managers and employees, conduct risk evaluations, and implement effective safety programs. Your expertise will play a vital role in accident investigations, inspections, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
• Identify and evaluate workplace hazards
• Deliver training on health and safety practices
• Maintain records of audits and training sessions

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as an HSE Advisor
• Shutdown experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• National Construction Safety Officer certification preferred
• Proficient in data processing tools
• Valid driver’s license for site travel
