In this critical role, you will develop and update prevention programs in alignment with Quebec regulations, ensure EHS compliance through regular audits, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. Collaborating with local staff and corporate teams, you'll also be responsible for creating EHS training programs and facilitating effective communication throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive EHS prevention programs

  • Maintain incident and compliance records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Science
  • 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations
  • Bilingual in English and French Canadian
  • Experience with risk assessments and investigations
