Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a Corporate Health & Safety Manager to join its dynamic team in Montréal, QC reporting to the Chief Operations Officer. The Corporate Health & Safety Manager plays a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture across North American operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting both employees and leadership in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Quarterly visits required Investigate incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries, and facilitate root cause analysis with corrective actions Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate safety policies Ensure compliance with all safety training requirements and onboarding for new employees Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records including software safety system Assist with the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures Work closely with supervisors and management to identify and mitigate operational risks Monitor safety performance indicators and report regularly to senior management What We’re Looking For Certification as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in a leadership role for Health & Safety in industrial or major project environments Strong knowledge of government regulations and safety standards Experience conducting incident investigations and risk assessments Excellent communication and training skills Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment Proactive mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities What It’s Like to Work Here
