Health, Safety & Environmental Specialist: Drive Compliance and Safety

As a vital member of the team, you'll focus on developing policies that protect both employees and the environment. With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, your role will involve conducting risk analyses, promoting proactive health, and safety measures. You'll also coordinate training efforts and manage environmental reporting to maintain compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety and environmental policies
- Conduct risk analyses and update HS&E registers
- Coordinate health and safety training programs
- Monitor wastewater quality from treatment plants
- Participate in accident investigations and audits
Requirements
- University degree in Environmental or Health & Safety
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required
- Bilingual, fluent in French and English
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Certification in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred
