Duration: 4 Months (Must Start Monday 3/9)

Type: 1099 Contractor

Position Details

• Hourly Rate: $60/hr (Local) $52/HR (non-local)
• Per Diem: $150/Day on seven days
• Completion Bonus: $150/month
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Schedule: M-Sat 10-12/HR day

Project Scope

The construction safety manager will oversee safety for a failing wall, which needs tower shoring to support the roof and surrounding walls

Qualifications

• OSHA 30
• 3+ years of construction safety experience
• Safety oversight experience with a Load Bearing Wall Removal, needs tower shoring to support the roof and surrounding walls

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Support incident investigations, report findings, and implement corrective actions
• Deliver safety training and orientation for employees, subcontractors, and new hires
• Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify safety risks and mitigate hazards
• Maintain safety performance, incident, and compliance documentation and reports
• Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization
