pConduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and workshops to educate employees on safety procedures, hazard identification, and accident prevention techniques.nbsp;/p

pInvestigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and other safety-related incidents tonbsp;determinenbsp;root causes, contributing factors, and corrective actions needed to prevent recurrence.nbsp;/p

pPrepare andnbsp;submitnbsp;incident reports, including detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement, to management and regulatory agencies asnbsp;required.nbsp;/p
