Heavy focus on DOT regulations and injury analysis and prevention. This position requires monitoring, training and coaching employees. WHAT WE OFFER

Starting salary: $52,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

Duties/Essential Job Functions

Promotes and protects the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand.

Ensures compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines.

Monitors driver logs and DOT hours of service.

Creates and maintains DOT Driver files

Monitors Driver MVRs and ensure compliance with insurance requirements

Conduct accident and injury investigations

Holds regular safety meetings across all locations in North Dallas

Reduces incident volume, frequency, and severity.

Determining minimum safety performance standards for all Movers/Drivers.

Monitors all trends in incidents and injuries.

Conducting safety training classes for movers and drivers as needed.

Creating and maintaining safety best management practices.

Responsible for all aspects of risk management.

Participates in regular training and development programs offered through Stick men university® to further the knowledge of the system.

Other activities, as deemed appropriate by the General Manager.

Education or Equivalent Experience

College degree preferred

Extensive experience working in DOT environment with Risk Management

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities (SKA) Required

Ability to think strategically and analytically.

Strong leadership, relationship, problem-solving and planning skills.

Must be comfortable with conducting training sessions and safety meetings

Able to work effectively in a busy, dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and via email.

Great listening and organizational skills

Possess attention to detail, initiative and sound judgment
