Ensure the safety and security of all individuals on campus, including students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Conduct routine patrols of the campus and respond promptly to any reported incidents or emergencies.

Maintain a visible presence on campus to deter potential criminal activities and provide a sense of safety to the community.

Enforce university policies and regulations to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members of the campus community.

Work closely with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to coordinate responses to incidents.

Monitor and report any suspicious activities or individuals on campus.

Conduct investigations and gather evidence when necessary.

Provide assistance and support to individuals in need, including medical emergencies, accidents, or other incidents.

Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds and remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Attend regular training sessions and stay up-to-date on relevant safety and security procedures and protocols.

Act as a role model and uphold the values of the university at all times.

Collaborate with other university departments and personnel to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to campus safety.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all incidents, reports, and activities.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of campus facilities to identify potential safety hazards and address them promptly.

Participate in the development and implementation of emergency preparedness plans and drills.

Assist with special events and provide security services as needed.

Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.

Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
