A company is looking for a Director of Trust & Safety to lead its platform protection program. Key Responsibilities Drive the development of product features ensuring security, trust, and safety on the platform Design and execute trust and safety strategies focused on proactive risk reduction and secure software development Lead and develop a high-performing team of Trust & Safety professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and measurable outcomes Required Qualifications 10+ years in trust and safety, product management, software development, or security-related disciplines, with 8+ years in leadership roles Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, or a related technical field Proven experience designing and leading trust and safety programs Strong understanding of product security, including secure development lifecycle and CI/CD best practices Deep knowledge of threats presented by fraud and substantial experience in developing code-based solutions for security
