Senior Medical Director, Global Safety

A company is looking for a Senior Medical Director, Global Safety specializing in obesity and related conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Establish strategy and direction for global safety activities related to obesity products

Accountable for safety submissions and regulatory deliverables, including Safety sections of NDA submissions

Lead and manage a team of Safety Directors and Global Safety Professionals

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree with 5 years of Global Drug Safety experience, or a Master's degree with 9 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 11 years of relevant experience

At least 5 years of experience in people management or leadership roles

Fluent knowledge of the obesity and related condition landscape

Medical Doctorate and board certification preferred

Experience in fast-paced environments and people management
