Compliance Leader Driving Safety and Regulatory Education

Become a key player in compliance by educating all facility levels on critical safety and regulatory aspects. Drive improvements in compliance programs and fostering trust among stakeholders and associates.

In this role, you will interface with Store Management and Subject Matter Experts, focusing on compliance training and monitoring controls. Assess compliance within various areas such as Health & Safety, Environmental Regulations, and Anti-Corruption. Your expertise will identify root causes, drive corrective actions, and enhance overall program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compliance and safety awareness training
• Conduct thorough assessments across compliance areas
• Analyze data to identify and mitigate risks
• Participate in necessary regulatory engagements
• Conduct regular safety walks and inspections

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 or older
• Familiarity with compliance and safety standards
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to engage stakeholders for effective resolutions
• Experience in training and education preferable
