About the Role

X/Celerant Consulting is seeking several full-time experienced Management Consultants to join our team anywhere in Canada. These roles will be responsible for running a consulting project in an industrial construction setting, working in the field to support the roll-out of a corporate Safety Initiative. The consultant will work side by side with the clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.

Experience in operations and management consulting in an industrial construction environment and safety experience are MUST HAVES. Do not apply if you do not have this experience, please.

Responsibilities

• Lead a consulting workstream or entire project for creating a safety culture in an industrial construction setting
• Support the roll-out of a corporate Safety Initiative
• Work side by side with clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting and Industrial Construction
• Bachelors or Masters degree in business, civil engineering, or other related fields

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience coaching supervisors in a field environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, must be able to pass X/Celerant's skills assessment in PPT and XLS showing proficiency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, follow safety protocol exactly, and prioritize duties effectively
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
• Physical requirements:

Must be able to see, hear, walk through industrial sites with occasional stairs wearing PPE. Must comply 100% with site safety requirements

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data analysis, project management, and/or supply chain management is a plus
• Demonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategy
• Demonstrated experience working with a team to implement LEAN tools in an industrial environment.
