Develop and implement fire safety protocols and emergency response plans for the commercial building.
Monitor and maintain all fire safety equipment and systems, such as fire alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers.
Train and educate building staff and employees on proper fire safety procedures and protocols.
Conduct regular fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises to ensure preparedness.
Collaborate with local fire departments and authorities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Investigate and report on any fire safety incidents or violations and implement corrective actions.
Supervise and lead a team of fire safety personnel, providing guidance and support.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new developments in fire safety technology.
Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify potential fire hazards and address any issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fire safety protocols and procedures.
Communicate effectively with building management and tenants regarding fire safety and emergency response procedures.
Respond promptly to any fire safety emergencies and take necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals.
Conduct regular training and refresher courses for building staff and employees on fire safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, such as security and maintenance, to ensure a coordinated and efficient response to fire safety incidents.
Represent the company in meetings and discussions with local authorities and regulatory agencies regarding fire safety measures.
