Client: Pharmaceutical Company

Contract Position: 6 months with potential extension

Employment: W2 workers only.

URGENT - NEED TO SUBMIT TO MANAGER TODAY, 2/27/2026

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

MUST HAVE: RN or RPh licensure, OR PharmD or MD required

We are seeking an experienced Drug Safety Specialist to support receipt, documentation, and regulatory reporting of adverse events for marketed and investigational products.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and process domestic and global adverse event (AE/SAE) reports
• Conduct follow-up with healthcare professionals and consumers
• Accurately code and enter cases into the global safety database (MedDRA)
• Ensure timely regulatory submissions to FDA and other health authorities
• Provide professional product information to healthcare providers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory timelines

Required Qualifications (Degree Emphasis)

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical field WITH active RN or RPh licensure, OR PharmD or MD required
• 2–4 years industry clinical/pharmacy experience
• Minimum 1 year pharmaceutical drug safety experience
• Experience communicating medical information to healthcare professionals
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care standards
• Computer proficiency
