Director of Product Safety

A company is looking for a Director, Product Safety & Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the product safety and risk management framework in alignment with global regulations and standards

Identify and mitigate safety and compliance risks throughout the product lifecycle, including post-market surveillance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on product safety and risk considerations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in toxicology, regulatory affairs, biology, chemistry, medical sciences, pharmacology, or public health

8-12+ years of experience in product safety, risk management, or regulatory roles in the dietary supplement or personal care industries

5+ years of experience in hiring, leading, and mentoring teams

Strong knowledge of U.S. and international product safety regulations and cGMP standards

Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional risk assessments and safety initiatives
