Senior Safety Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Safety & High Reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize data assets to consult with client stakeholders on industry changes and improvement opportunities

Partner with clients for data analysis, process design, and problem-solving

Manage client relationships and deliver defined engagement plans, including timelines and outcomes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in safety & high reliability within healthcare

Prior consulting experience is strongly preferred

Experience in training and coaching patient-facing teams

Strong data analytic skills (Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, etc.)

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
