Construction Safety Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, project site travel role located in Apache Junction, AZ. Rolling Plains Construction is hiring Safety Managers and Safety Representatives to supervise safety protocols for projects in Indiana, Idaho, and Arizona. Bilingual candidates a plus! To be considered for Manager positions, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in construction safety and hold an OSHA 510/500 or CHST certification. Safety Representatives must have Construction OSHA 30 or greater. The Construction Safety Manager will oversee and implement safety programs, ensure compliance with safety standards, and promote a culture of workplace safety. Daily responsibilities include conducting safety training, investigating workplace incidents, and assessing job-site safety hazards. The Construction Safety Manager will work closely with field teams to develop and monitor safety protocols, and liaise with management to produce reports and recommendations for continuous improvement in safety practices.

Qualifications

• Prior Safety Experience of at least 5 years
• OSHA 510/500 or CHST
• Safety Construction Experience
• Strong Safety knowledge in construction and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Able to direct the team with clear & concise direction.
• Reliable, self-motivated, professional
• Valid Driver's License
• Bilingual Candidates a Plus!
