Site Manager, EPC Division

We are looking for a skilled and proactive EPC Site Manager to lead on-site operations for complex marine and offshore construction projects. This role is central to ensuring project execution aligns with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and supervise multidisciplinary teams (HVAC, piping, welding, interiors, etc.).
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols.
• Review technical drawings to validate readiness for on-site installation.
• Act as the primary on-site liaison for Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Represent ALMACO in coordination meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Track and report installation schedules, progress, and risks to project leadership.
• Enforce HSEQ protocols in collaboration with the QHSE Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site or project management within marine, offshore, or industrial construction.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 or similar planning tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site full-time during project phases.
