Oversee the medical safety of all neurovascular products within Johnson & Johnson, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies for neurovascular products, including pharmacovigilance and post-market surveillance activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and assess safety data, identify potential risks, and make recommendations for product improvements.

Serve as the primary medical safety expert for neurovascular products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze safety data from clinical trials, post-market surveillance, and adverse event reports to identify trends and potential safety issues.

Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external experts in the neurovascular field to stay updated on emerging safety concerns and industry trends.

Lead and participate in safety reviews and risk management committees to evaluate safety data and make recommendations for product modifications or recalls, if necessary.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of adverse events and safety data to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the safety profile of neurovascular products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Mentor and develop a team of medical safety professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development.

Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry conferences and meetings, presenting on safety-related topics and representing the company's commitment to patient safety.

Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines related to medical safety and incorporate them into the company's processes and procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, clinical development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure a holistic approach to product safety throughout the product life cycle.

Act as a spokesperson for the company on medical safety matters, addressing inquiries and concerns from internal and external stakeholders.

Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to identify potential safety risks or opportunities for improvement.
