Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Ensuing compliance of the statutory compliances.Ensuring effective implementation of EHS Management Systems, undertaking periodical safety audits, surveys and inspections, safety walk-through to identify the unsafe behaviours, conditions and ensuring compliance of recommended measures, Implementation of Behaviour Based Safety (BBS), Motivating workers for following safety practices and demonstrating safe behavior at site, creating safety awareness through toolbox talk, safety oath, safety trainings, safety promotional activities.
