Safety and Incident Manager

A company is looking for a Safety & Incident Manager 2.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate investigations of potential safety concerns with key stakeholders

Monitor investigations to identify trends and possible safety-related defects

Provide recommendations to leadership and manage regulatory reporting of safety defects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, systems, or computer engineering; Master's preferred

8+ years of vehicle safety investigations experience

3+ years of project management experience

3+ years of experience leading teams

Experience with root cause analysis methodologies and safety analysis techniques
