Safety and Security Manager

A company is looking for a Safety & Security Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale safety and security programs across fleet operations and physical hubs

Develop and manage driver safety programs to reduce preventable incidents

Lead investigations of accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of safety management experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics

Proven experience in multi-site safety program support

OSHA 10 Certification strongly preferred

Hands-on experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis

Strong knowledge of fleet and workplace safety best practices
